Melina is having the time of her life in Kona!

We arrived Sunday afternoon...

and rode the us to the rental car office.

Melina cried when we got off the bus and again when we got in the rental car. She wanted to ride in the bus!

We have been spending our time at all the local beaches and at the hotel pool. Melina saw sea turtles this morning, and swam at the beach below today... we had to drive through abou 2 miles of lava flow that served as the road. It was a pretty rough ride for our rental car, but the beach was totally worth it!

After the beach, we went to Costco to stck up on food and to have, what will likely be, the cheapest lunch of our trip for $5.

We are almost home. Sharon got really ill on the flight in from Zurich, so we decided to stay over in Atlanta and rest and get Sharon to a DR. We flying home tonight. In the meantime, here are some photos to enjoy!

We got in ok. Our condo is ok, no complaints... and we have wireless. How sweet is that?

We rented a red jeep wrangler. I named it rudy. I'm going to learn to surf.
